Has Klea Pineda moved on from Katrice Kierulf?

On Friday’s “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” Klea opened up again about their split, talking about her healing process and also addressing persistent rumors about their separation.

Klea affirmatively said that she thinks she has moved on from her ex-girlfriend.

“Paunti-unti, Tito Boy. May mga pasulpot-sulpot na feeling, ganiyan. ‘Di naman bago ‘yun. Normal naman ‘yun after ng breakup. Pero I think nagiging better naman ako every day,” she said.

The actress added that they are currently not friends, but also clarified that this does not mean they are enemies.

“Parang sa ngayon, masyado pa siguro kasing fresh,” she said. “Hindi naman kami magkaaway. Parang wala lang siguro, sa ngayon, wala pang reason para mag-usap ulit or mag-connect kami ulit. And nirerespeto ko rin ‘yung process niya, healing process niya, para sa sarili niya.”

In the same interview, Klea once again addressed the online speculation and rumors that Janella Salvador was a third party involved in the separation.

“I think nadamay lang naman ‘yung pangalan ni Janella kasi nga magkasama kami sa film and naghiwalay kami ni Katrice right after namin mag-shoot ng film,” Klea said.

Per Klea, there are plenty of reasons why she and Katrice parted ways, but none of them involved Janella.

“Walang third party na nangyari. ‘Yun ‘yung pinipilit sabihin ng mga tao online. Hindi ko maintindihan kung sa’n nila nakuha ‘yon pero mas malaki ‘yung reason kung bakit naghiwalay kami ni Kat, na wala do’n si Janella,” she said.

Klea confirmed their breakup in July.

The following month, she told GMA News Online that Janella was not involved.

Klea and Janella star together in the Cinemalaya 2025 entry “Open Endings” with Jasmine Curtis-Smith and OPM singer Leanne Mamonong.
