Ashley Rivera announces death of mother due to cancer

Ashley Rivera is grieving the death of her mother, who passed away due to cancer.

In her Instagram Stories, the actress shared a photo of her mom.

"No more pain, Ma," Ashley wrote in the photo. "May your heart and soul find peace and comfort."

"I miss you so much. I love you forever," she added.

In another IG Story, Ashley posted a photo of her mom's hands.

"I'm gonna miss holding your hand, Ma," Ashley said.

Ashley bared her mother's battle with cancer back in April.

"[Our] dear mama bear is doing fine. She's still fighting and we're celebrating our small wins every single day!" Ashley said in an update.
