Jasmine Curtis-Smith surprises mom by coming home to Australia

Jasmine Curtis-Smith pulled off the sweetest surprise for her mom, Carmen.

On Instagram, the Kapuso actress shared how she successfully surprised her mom by coming home to Melbourne with the help of her brother, Thomas.

In the video, Jasmine documented her journey from Manila to Melbourne, along with screenshots of conversations with Thomas, who served as her accomplice in the surprise.

“’Di alam ni mama na uuwi ako this morning,” Jasmine began her caption.

“I thought she’d be asleep pa pero gising na pala sya packing for her trip to Sydney,” she added, saying they are meeting her sister Anne Curtis in Australia too in a few days.

When Jasmine entered the house, she captured her mom's priceless reaction on video as Carmen immediately gave her a warm embrace.

“I’d say mission accomplished ‘to with the help of Thomas,” she said. “Kailangan meron pa rin may alam, baka mamaya wala ako madatnan sa bahay eh.”

“Home is whenever I’m with them,” she added. “Can’t wait to see ate soon, too!!!”

In the comment section, Anne called Jasmine's surprise "the best," followed by a "see you soonest."

Jasmine previously competed as one of the five celebrity dancers on "Stars on the Floor" Season 2, alongside Rocco Nacino, Sugar Mercado, Chanty Videla, and Paul Salas. According to Jasmine, joining the competition was a step forward in honing her dance skills.

Anne came to support Jasmine during the grand finals, which ended with the duo of Sugar and Hori7on’s Jeromy winning the dance competition.
