Sarah Geronimo sings duet with Daddy Delfin

Sarah Geronimo reunited with her father, Delfin, to sing a duet.

On her YouTube channel, the Popstar Royalty and Daddy Delfin sang the song, "Refrain," originally by Jose Mari Chan. They were accompanied by a live band.

"This is a gift to myself, to everyone and my father. To celebrate him and our love for music," Sarah said of the cover in an Instagram post.

In another Instagram Reel, Sarah paid tribute to her father, who kickstarted her love for music.

"Kaya ang pagbabalik na ito kasama ang musika, sa mga kanta, sa pinagmulan, at sa taong unang naniwala na kaya kong umawit," Sarah said.

"Dahil minsan, ang bagong simula ay paghakbang pabalik," she added.

Sarah's relationship with her parents has long been the subject of controversy. Mommy Divine and Daddy Delfin are allegedly against her marriage to Matteo Guidicelli, with Divine reportedly intervening at their wedding.

Matteo said in an interview, "Sana balang-araw maging OK ang lahat. Not just for me but for Sarah's peace of mind. Kasi at the end of the day, family is family."

The father and daughter recently reunited for shopping on Father's Day.

In 2022, Sarah penned an apology letter to her family.

"Mahal na mahal ko kayo... daddy at mama ko. Araw-araw ko po kayo nami-miss at naiisip," she said.

Sarah is best known for the songs "Tala," "Dati-Dati," "Forever's Not Enough," and many more. She collaborated with SB19 on the song, "Umaaligid," released in 2025.
