This April, the culinary world's eyes will be set on Manila as some of the most forward-thinking chefs in the planet will gather in the city to discuss the latest trends on food and drink: Spanish food festival Madrid Fusión is coming to the Philippines.  

The culinary event will feature Spanish and Filipino superstars of the industry such as Paco Torreblanca of Torreblanca Bombonerías, Elena Arzak of Arzak, Quique Dacosta of Denia from Spain and Fernando Aracama of Aracama, Margarita Fores of Lussom and Claude Tayag of Bale Dutung from the Philippines.

In the event's teaser video, the organizers fused the world of cooking with music, mathematics, and other elements in a way that'll leave you craving for more.
