Feasting on heartbreak at Hugot Café
Heard of the coffee strong enough to fight for you? Of course you have. #Hugot is inescapable in the age of social media and instead of fighting it, one cafe has unabashedly decorated its menu with this special brand of bitterness.
Kenneth Miclat and his co-owners are so committed to their theme that they not only bluntly named their establishment Hugot Café, they actually advertise their brewed Sagada Coffee as "Kapeng matapang na kaya kang ipaglaban."
That's a claim that requires a bit of testing, but there's more on the menu to amuse the forlorn and scorned. In Hugot Cafe, you can actually drink a "Friendzone."
And if you've fallen for a two-timer in real life, you can drown your sorrows in the drink of the same name: a double dutch milkshake with a scoop of ice cream plus caramel syrup and a wafer stick. There's enough sugar in it to help you cope.

Also found on the café is a #hugot wall, where people can unload their emotional baggage. (Tip: It can be a resource for the next chapter of your Wattpad novel!)

In a report by Isay Reyes, several customers confessed to enjoying the gimmick.
