Zubuchon is now open in SM Megamall

Zubuchon has finally opened a branch in SM Megamall — at the upper ground floor of Building A, beside Wendy's to be exact.  

The Megamall location is the second Metro Manila branch of the famous Cebu lechon brand.

In January, it brought its awesomeness to Metro Manila by opening a restaurant on Talisay Street in San Antonio, Makati.

And here's a hot tip: Zubochon is looking to open its three branch by year's end somewhere in Pasig — at least according to the most helpful lady we spoke to on the phone. 

Zubuchon pigs are fed 100 percent organic feeds a week before they are cooked. According to its Facebook page, the pigs are then stuffed with more than a dozen herbs, their skin pricked and sprayed with coconut water, before being roasted over charcoal using bamboo poles.

No wonder chef, author and TV personality Anthony Bourdain proclaimed Zubuchon's lechon "the best pig ever"! — LA, GMA News
