These 10 classic Cibo dishes are only P22

Can you believe that Cibo is really 22 years old? The brainchild of Chef Margarita “Gaita” Fores, CIBO showcases authentic Italian eats in a trend and modern setting.

It started as a modest little eatery in Glorietta in 1997, evolving to become full-fledge restaurant with multiple locations across Metro Manila.

• Pizza Margherita – classic Neapolitan-style pizza with tomatoes, cheese and fresh basil
• Pizza 5 Formaggi – a heavenly combo of five cheeses: mozzarella, gorgonzola, gruyere, bel paese, and parmesan
• Penne al Telefono – penne pasta cooked in tomato cream sauce, mozzarella and white cheese
• Rigatoni di Bruto – rigatoni pasta with tomato sauce, sausage, bell peppers, and chili flakes
• Farfalle alla Veneziana – bow-tie pasta with seafood in parsley cream sauce
• Linguine alla Nettuno – fresh seafood pesto pasta
• Spaghettini alla Bolognese – beef and pork ragu with tomatoes and parmesan
• Panino Porchetta – roast pork Roman-style sandwich with apple and pear mostarda, red wine liver sauce, and arugula
