This QC hotel is about to open a Chinese restaurant. Here's what to expect
Seda Vertis North is finally opening a Chinese restaurant, two years after the hotel opened its doors.
According to Cinty Yñiguez, Seda Vertis North’s director of sales and marketing, the hotel has seen an increase of Filipino-Chinese clientele during weekends, it saw the need for "good Chinese food at a really good value."
To prepare for a Q4 opening this year, Seda Vertis North had Executive Chef Kerpatrik Boiser and Executive Chinese Chef Hann Furn Chen prepare a sampling of delectable dishes that will make their way into the upcoming restaurant and serve to a select group of invitees.
Other entrees to watch for are the steamed lapulapu, barbecued pork using Chef Chen’s own marinade, hand-pulled noodles, mushroom bun, an array of dimsum, and Peking duck, and a prawn dish with mayonnaise.
