Collagen-infused bubble in your milktea? Brown Café has that
Thailand’s Brown Café just opened in Manila — at the ground floor of Serendra in BGC, to be exact — and it’s promising to make our milktea diets a whole lot healthier.
To begin with Brown Café boasts of serving collagen-infused bubble.
Collagen, as dermatologists like to say, is necessary for our skin’s elasticity. It’s a protein compound also recommended for our joints — knees, elbows, and all.
The café makes its own bubble, which allows them to serve a host of healthier options including low-calorie choices, the aforementioned collagen-infused ones, as well as less-processed ones, like the the Brown Sugar Pearl with Milk variant, which uses organic brown sugar for its pearls.
And then there's the real tea leaves in their milktea creations, promising tastier and healthier refreshments, like the Royal Premium Milk Tea variant, which features tea leaves steeped for hours, and the Thai Tea flavor with tea leaves imported straight from Thailand.
