BUT IS IT SPECIAL?

You can now have buko pie at Jollibee

We’re not sure if it’s as special as the ones you’ll find in Laguna or Tagaytay, but with promises of ‘real buko chunks’ and sweet-creamy filling, Jollibee’s buko pie sounds like something we want to try, asap.

On social media Tuesday, the fast food giant shared it is now serving buko pie, not unlike its famous peach mango and tuna pie.

Jollibee rolled out the new product in Metro Manila and Luzon, with Visayas and Mindanao getting their fill starting October 28.

It’s only P30 a pop but if you’re looking to get three in one go, Jollibee has a 3 pies-to-go at P89.

It's quite affordable, especially hearing the news on a pay day, but those who've tried Jollibee's buko pie has one thing to say: It's so tiny!

It's easy to bicker given the size, but according to them, it's actually pretty good. — LA, GMA News
