Chompy Cheddar Corn Chowder Recipe
Yield: 10-12 servings

Ingredients:
500g Bacon, chopped
1 cup Chopped onions
½ cup Chopped celery
6 cups NESTLÉ® FRESH MILK
1 pack NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 250ml
½ tsp Turmeric or Luyang Dilaw
1-2 tbsp. Corn meal
1 can Creamed corn
2 cans Whole kernel corn
4 sachets 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
1 tsp. Pepper
1 cup Grated cheddar cheese
Procedure:
1. Fry bacon until crisp. Set aside and reserve bacon fat.
2. In a stockpot, sauté onions and celery in hot bacon fat until soft and fragrant. Pour in milk and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream ®. Add turmeric and corn meal and stir until slightly thickened.
3. Add creamed corn and corn kernels. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and pepper and cook for 5 minutes more.
4. Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted. Top with fried bacon just before serving.

Creamy Pork Steak Recipe
Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:
½ kg Sliced pork shoulder
1 sachet MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® 8g
1/8 tsp Freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp. Soy sauce
1 tbsp. Brown sugar
1 ½ tbsp. Calamansi juice
2 tbsp. Vegetable oil
1 pc. Small red onion, cut into rings
1 pack NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 125ml
Procedure:
1. Season the pork with 8g of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, pepper, soy sauce sugar, and calamansi juice in a pan. Cover and cook over low heat for 45 minutes or until tender. Strain and reserve cooking liquid.
2. Sauté onion separately in 1 tbsp of oil.
3. Sauté the pork in the remaining 1 tbsp. of oil until light golden brown. Pour in cooking liquid and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Gently simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Transfer Creamy Pork Steak on a serving plate, top with sautéed onions, and serve.

Blueberry and White Chocolate Ref Cake
Yield: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:
12 pcs Graham crackers, crushed
3 tbsp Butter, melted
1 tbsp Sugar
1 pack 125ml NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/3 cup Condensed milk
1/4 cup Blueberry pie filling
1 bar KITKAT® Chunky White, chopped
3/4 cup Blueberry pie filling for topping
Procedure:
1. Mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar. Firmly press at the bottom of a serving dish.
2. Whisk NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, condensed milk, and ¼ cup of blueberry pie filling until light and smooth. Mix in the chopped KITKAT® Chunky White. Pour into the serving container.
3. Top with a ¾ cup of blueberry pie filling and refrigerate overnight. Serve well chilled.

Yield: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:
½ tsp. NESCAFÉ® Classic
½ cup Hot water
1 cup Chocolate chips
1 tsp. Vanilla extract (optional)
½ small can Condensed milk 108g
1 pack NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 125ml, chilled
12 pcs. Graham crackers, crushed
3 tbsp. Butter, melted
1 tbsp. Sugar
2 tbsp. MILO® Powder
Procedure:
1. Dissolve NESCAFÉ® Classic in hot water and immediately add to chocolate chips. Set aside for 2 minutes. Add vanilla extract and condensed milk and mix well. Set aside to cool.
2. Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and fold into the chocolate mixture.
3. Mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar. Lightly press at the bottom of a serving container.
4. Pour mocha cream and refrigerate overnight. Top with MILO® powder and serve well chilled.

Ube Tin Cake Recipe
Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients:
Chiffon Cake:
¾ cup All-purpose flour
½ tsp. Baking soda
½ tsp. Baking powder
¼ tsp. Fine salt
½ cup Sugar
2 tbsp. Vegetable oil
1 pc Small egg
2 tbsp. Ube jam
1 tsp. Ube extract
Ube Pudding:
1 pack 125ml NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
3 tbsp. Ube jam
1½ tbsp. Cornstarch
1/8tsp. Fine salt
¼ cup Water
2 pcs. Egg yolks
3 tbsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Butter
Ube Ganache and Shell:
1 pack 125ml NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
½ cup Milk chocolate chips
½ tsp. Ube extract
½ cup Chocolate chip
½ tsp Ube extract
Procedure:
1. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar into bowl. Combine oil, egg, ube jam, and ube extract in another bowl. Pour into dry ingredients and mix well until smooth.
2. Pour into 6x2-inch round tin can and steam at around 30 – 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the cake. Set aside to cool completely.
3. For the Ube Pudding, combine NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, ube jam, cornstarch, salt, water, egg yolks, and sugar in a sauce pan. Gently heat while whisking until thick. Remove from heat and stir in butter. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.
4. To make Ube Ganache, gently simmer NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, pour into white chocolate chips, add ube extract, and stir until smooth. Set aside to cool.
5. Pour Ube Pudding into tin can. Pour Ube Ganache and set aside in the refrigerator to cool.
6. Place chocolate chips in a bowl with ube extract and place over a pot with simmering water. Mix well and pour melted chocolate into the tin to create shell. Set aside in the refrigerator until serving.

Scrumptious Creamy Carbonara
Yield: 6-8 Servings

Ingredients:
½ cup Chopped bacon
2 tbsp Chopped garlic
2 packs NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 250ml
¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup Grated Cheddar cheese
½ cup Water
300g Spaghetti, cooked al dente
Procedure:
1. Fry the bacon in a pan until crisp. Add the garlic and cook until lightly browned.
2. Lower heat and pour in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, followed by cheeses. Thin the sauce out with water and stir to combine.
3. Toss cooked spaghetti into the sauce until well coated. Serve immediately.

Apple Cinnamon Scones
Yield: 16 pieces

Ingredients:
Apples
2 tbsp Butter
2 pcs Green apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
2 tsp Ground cinnamon
2 tbsp Brown sugar
Caramel Sauce
¼ cup Butter
½ cup Brown sugar
1 pack NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 125ml
¼ cup Water
Dough
1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
3 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
4 tbsp Butter, cut into small cubes
1 pack NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 125ml
Procedure:
1. Combine butter, apple, cinnamon, and sugar in a pan. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
2. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda into a large mixing bowl. Toss in the butter in the mixture until a wet sand texture is achieved.
3. Pour NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream on the cooked apple mixture. Mix until combined.
4. Flatten the dough on a board until it is 1-inch thick and cut into desired shapes. Place the cookies on a sheet tray and bake it in a preheated 350°F oven for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when it is inserted in the cookie. Set aside to cool completely.
5. For the Caramel Sauce, mix butter, brown sugar, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, and water in a pan. Cook over low heat until smooth. Set aside to cool. Serve with Scones.

Wrapped Creamy Chorizo Chicken Quesadilla Surprise
Yield: 10 servings

For the sauce:
1 pack NESTLÉ® ALL PURPOSE CREAM 250ml
2 tsp Hot sauce
3 sprigs Coriander leaves, chopped
Filling:
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
150g Chorizo bilbao, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 Medium onion, chopped finely
350g Ground chicken
1 tsp Ground cumin seeds
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Chili powder
6 Large tomatoes, seeded and diced
10-15 pieces Medium-sized flour tortillas
1 ½ cups Grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
1. For the sauce, combine the NESTLÉ® ALL PURPOSE CREAM , hot sauce, and coriander leaves in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and set aside to chill.
2. Heat the oil in a skillet. Sauté chorizo, garlic, and onion until onions are translucent. Add ground chicken, cumin, paprika, and chili powder. Add in the tomatoes and cook for 7 minutes. Remove from heat.
3. To assemble, lay 1 tortilla flat and spoon 2 tablespoons of the chicken filling and 3 tablespoons of grated cheese on one side. Flip the other side to form a half-circle. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
4. In a small non-stick skillet, heat the tortillas until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is a little toasted (you can also use a sandwich press).
5. To serve, cut the toasted tortillas into triangles and drizzle with cream sauce.
