Kris Bernal closes Korean grill resto House of Gogi temporarily due to COVID-19
Kris Bernal announced on Saturday that she decided to temporarily close her Korean grill restaurant "House of Gogi" due to the increasing number of cases of COVID-19.
"2020 is not a year to make profit. Just make sure to stay alive," Kris wrote in the caption of her Instagram post.
Kris said while their restaurant's goal is to serve the best Korean dishes, she said their staff's safety is their top priority.
"The increasing number of positive cases is alarming, and we should do our best to prevent the spread of the virus," Kris wrote. "Hence, we’ll be temporarily closing #HouseofGogiBanawe until further notice."
She ended her announcement thanking her fiance Perry Choi for being a source of support.
"To my fianc?e, @choi.perry, thank you for helping me through all these tough times in life. I love you so much. Our hearts and our prayers go out to those businesses that are struggling right now."
