If you’re really hungry but don’t feel like cooking something complicated, maybe you can try making kinamatisang pork ribs.

It requires minimal cooking skills, and you just need a few ingredients. Kinamatisang pork ribs is also very flavorful, so it’s perfect for all you rice lovers out there.

According to “Unang Hirit” host Lyn Ching in her cooking demonstration on Friday, you’ll need only the following ingredients.

Pork (1 kg)
Tomatoes (1 kg)
Potatoes (1/2 kg)
Patis (1/2 cup)
Siling pang sigang (3 pcs)

The first thing you need to do is slice the tomatoes, potatoes, and pork.

Next, toss them all together in a large pot and with the patis and green pepper.

Finally, put the lid on and lower your heat.

Let the pork absorb all that flavor, which could take up to an hour and a half.

Make sure you check on it and mix it around every few minutes.
