Jollibee introduces Ube Cheese Pie

The flavor that took over 2020 is now on Jollibee's menu!

The homegrown fast food chain on Thursday introduced the Ube Cheese Pie, perfect for those who couldn't get enough of this sweet combination.

The ube and cheese pairing, which has been incorporated in treats such as pandesal and cake over the past year, can now be enjoyed with Jollibee’s signature crispy pie crust.

“Ube and cheese may have started out as a trend at the start of the pandemic, but seeing how people continue to get excited over it even after more than a year shows how they have grown to love this unique flavor combination," said Jollibee Marketing - Assistant Vice President for Complementary Products, Mari Aldecoa, in a statement.

"The Ube Cheese Pie is Jollibee’s fresh take on this popular combination, in which we promise a satisfyingly indulgent flavor and texture experience,” she added.

The Ube Cheese Pie is now available in Jollibee stores nationwide for P35 (Solo), P100 (3 Pies To-Go), and P199 (6 Pies To-Go). —JCB, GMA News
