Experience a Canadian gastronomic feast this March

Sofitel Manila is launching a month-long indulgent Canadian beef and seafood selection for March in partnership with the Embassy of Canada, British Columbia, and Canada Beef.

Known for its vast and varied geography, Canada is also famous for its comprehensive culinary traditions. Mainly featuring meats in most parts of the country like beef and bison, Canada is also rich in seafood and fisheries. And of course, it isn't Canada without the liquid gold maple syrup and local produce such as berries, beans, and home-grown vegetables in its culinary specialties.

For the entire month of March, Sofitel Manila brings in authentic flavors of the Canadian agriculture and agri-food through its special Canadian Surf & Turf at Spiral and its cloud kitchen's Spiral at Home, EasyPeasy, and All About Beef at The Food Truck.

Indulge in an al fresco dining experience with a picturesque view of the bay over a wide array of Canadian beef specialties at The Food Truck.

Get a taste of premium quality, grain-fed Canadian beef in an All About Beef feast highlighting smokehouse-grilled specialty Smoked Canadian Prime Rib. The Food Truck also offers Canadian beef-inspired highlights such as beef sisig, steak fajitas, and taco salad, made with Canadian AAA ribeye steak, Mexican barbacoa beef, and black pepper beef burger bao, among others.

End the night with a sweet note with delicious desserts, including deep-fried dessert a la mode and DIY ice cream sundae cart.

Spiral also offers a Canadian beef and meat spread at Churrasco featuring Canadian AAA ribeye with Yorkshire pudding and pork spareribs and ham.

Canadian and Asian seafood fusion dishes, made with flavorful seafood products from the coast of British Columbia, are also featured on the hot Japanese stove with misoyaki gindara donburi available at dinner and Atlantic Canadian lobster every Sunday brunch. While at the Chinese wok atelier, savor rich flavors and freshness with steamed black cod with XO chili sauce.

At Spiral At Home, you may savor a Canadian Surf & Turf hotbox platter that includes bone-in prime rib, sockeye salmon, and black cod paired with delicious sides, such as grilled corn salad, maple syrup-glazed sweet potatoes, and buttered green beans.

While at EasyPeasy, you can enjoy a Canadian Surf & Turf set plate featuring ribeye steak, and sockeye salmon served with a side of mashed potato, buttered beans, grilled corn, and red wine jus.
