While unique twists on some Filipino food may bring new relish to the classics, there's nothing like savoring familiar flavors that make you feel true "home."
Such is the belief of Tivoli Royale Country Club's new executive chef Emmanuel Jonnel Roxas, who described the property's menu as nothing short of "simple, honest, and familiar."
"The menu is based on what most people know about food. No uncommon ingredients, straightforward, and goes [back to basic]," Chef Jonnel said in a statement.
In line with the executive chef's vision of uncomplicated food offerings, here are three dishes from Tivoli that would surely tickle the Filipino palate.
