Have an authentic and personalized hotpot experience at this new Pasay resto
The idea of hotpot is quite intimidating to some with all the meat choices that come with it, the varieties of broth selections, and the preparation of dipping sauces.
But to put it simply, hotpot is just the Chinese version of Korea's Samgyupsal, but with broth. The two concepts share the same values of sharing good food and bonding over it.
Nestled at Newport World Restorts is a new hotpot restaurant Chairman Fu that offers a seamless authentic hotpot experience, especially for beginners.
The first step is choosing your broth. You may pick among Satay (P280), Sweet Corn and Chicken Collagen (P250), Wild Mushroom Collagen Broth (P250), and Mala Beef Cube (P280).
After choosing the broth, it's time to select which ingredients you want in your hotpot. For the meat, Chairman Fu offers all sorts of high-quality pork and beef cuts, such as Imported Pork Belly (P750), English Pork Ribeye (P750), U.S, Angus Boneless Short Rib (P1500), Australian Wagyu Brisket (P2000), and Japanese Wagyu Striploin A5 (P4800), among other meat choices.
For vegetables and other ingredients, you may choose among Fresh Mushroom Mix (P450), Fresh Leafy Vegetables (P350), Shabu Shabu Hotpot Balls (P380), Local Shrimp (P1000), and different kinds of noodles ranging from P108 to P130.
Once you're settled with all your picks, wait for the broth and ingredients to be served at your table. Meanwhile, you may start creating your dipping sauces through the rotating cart carrying all the condiments you'll need, from soy sauce, lemon, sesame seeds, onion spring, chili, and more.
When the golden bowl containing your broth of choice arrives at your table, you may start cooking your ingredients and enjoy the experience!
Chairman Fu is open from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily and is located on the 2nd floor of the Grand Wing at Newport Mall, Newport World Resorts, Pasay City.
