Binulo, a beloved Filipino restaurant in Angeles, Pampanga, is bringing the rich culinary heritage of the Kapampangans to the south with a new branch in breezy Tagaytay.

The Kapampangan restaurant's menu showcases an array of familiar dishes among Filipino families, including Pork Sisig (P530), Pititian or Chicharon (P420), Sinigang sa Bayabas na Bangus (P780), Bulalo (P1270), and Kare-Kare (P950).

Binulo also serves exotic delicacies such as Batute (P550), a Kapampangan delicacy, a deep-fried stuffed frog, and Kamaro (P700), fried exotic mole crickets.

As for the dessert, Binulo offers traditional Filipino delicacies such as Halo-Halo (P340), Tibuk-Tibuk or Maja Blanca (P340), and Suman with Mango Ice Cream (P270).

Each dish in the restaurant is meticulously prepared following time-honored recipes passed down through generations.

On the other hand, some dishes are prepared in the traditional 'Binulo' way cooked inside bamboo. This unique cooking process pays homage to the culinary traditions of the indigenous Aetas in Pampanga.
