Local sushi brand launches cake version of Chirashi bowl
In celebration of its 10th anniversary, Sushi Nori is rolling out a new lineup of exciting Japanese dishes.
First on the list is the Chirashi Cake, a creative take on the traditional Chirashi Bowl, a classic Japanese dish made of sushi rice topped with an assortment of colorful, fresh sashimi.
Taking inspiration from the traditional Chirashi Bowl, Sushi Nori's Chirashi Cake is layered with fresh sashimi, sushi rice, and vibrant toppings styled to look like a cake.
The Chirashi Cake retails for P2,219 and serves six to eight people, perfect for gatherings and celebrations.
Aside from the Chirashi Cake, Sushi Nori is also introducing new Scallop Specials for seafood lovers: Scallop Nigiri Aburi (P299), Scallop Nigiri (P279), and Scallop Roll (P549).
Sushi Nori first opened in the Philippines in 2015. It has nine branches in Metro Manila and nearby provinces, including SM Aura, Glorietta 4, and Nuvali, among others. —Hermes Joy Tunac/MGP, GMA Integrated News
