Here's a glimpse of Bea Alonzo and Vincent Co's intimate wedding reception

Bea Alonzo and Vincent Co stayed true to the intimate nature of their civil wedding at Makati City Hall on Monday by celebrating afterward with a private and simple reception with their loved ones.

On Instagram, H. Lopez Event Styling shared a clip of the couple's reception, which showed a long table for twelve, festooned with simple white flowers as the centerpiece.

"Simple. Clean. Intentional. Weddings aren’t always the biggest—they’re simply filled with love. Congratulations, Ms. [Bea Alonzo] It was an honor to be part of your celebration," the event styling company wrote in the caption.

Contemporary artist and fashion illustrator Pete Rich also shared snaps from the reception via his Instagram Stories, including a Polaroid photo of Bea and Vincent beside a wedding menu by Txoko Asador restaurant.

The menu included dishes like charcuterie, tuna tartare, salmon pintxo, paella, Iberian pork, and ribeye steak, among others.

More photos showed Bea and Vincent holding up their simple wedding cake, and the couple posing with Pete and friends.

According to Nelson Canlas' report on "24 Oras" Thursday, Wado Siman of Wadough's cake studio, the chef behind the couple's wedding cake, expressed his surprise when he found out that the cake he made was for Bea and Vincent.

Per Wado, the wedding cake is made of red velvet, vanilla, and chocolate cake, while the buttercream frosting is made with French butter.

"So nung lumabas 'yung cake order na 'to, parang regular cake order lang siya. Parang sinabi na we need a simple cake today tapos nag-send lang sila ng photo na gagayahin naming," he shared.

Earlier, Wadough's told GMA News Online that the cake was priced at P3,000.

The cake featured a decorative, piped shell border running along the top and bottom edges. The center is neatly inscribed with the words "just married."

“That’s all we’re able to share, as the person who placed the order wanted to keep everything low-key,” Wadough’s had said.

Bea and Vincent tied the knot in an intimate civil wedding on Monday night at the Makati City Hall, which was officiated by Makati Mayor Nancy Binay.

On Instagram on Wednesday, Bea shared black-and-white photos from her intimate wedding with Vincent, including snaps showing their wedding cake.
