How to avoid the unwanted holiday weight gain


Christmas wouldn't be complete without joyful jingles, bright city lights, shiny parols, fancy-boxed presents—and, of course, loads of delicious food that will make our tummies happy.

Parties have started since the first week of December. So if you're worrying about the weight you will gain this holiday, do not fret because there are simple steps you can follow to avoid it!

GMA News Online asked for tips to avoid the unwanted weight gain from Agassi Ching, a 23-year-old entrepreneur, fitness enthusiast, model, Mr. Chinatown 2016 candidate and owner of ANC Fitness Gym.

According to Agassi, "through discipline" anyone can stay fit and healthy!

"The best way to avoid holiday weight gain is through discipline: you need to control what you eat and when you eat it," he said.
