Some of the workout routines she does to burn calories are squat side kicks, plank with arm reach, inchworm plus push up, and burpees, which she does for 3 rounds in 15 minutes.
For toning her arms and abs, she also does 3 rounds of these routines in 15 minutes: dumbbell squat plus shoulder press, plank with reach unders, mountain climbers, and plank with hip dips.
