Nar Cabico shares body transformation photo

Nar Cabico took to Instagram to show how much his body has changed — for the better, if we may — in five short months.

The award-winning Kapuso celebrity posted a collage photos: one from five months ago beside a photo at present, and really. How incredible.

He said following a strict diet is harder then exercise, but regulating his food intake definitely helped him achieve his goal.

"Mahirap ang diet part more than working out, lalo na major foodie ako and I love draaanks. But it helps to have a solid goal and practice delayed gratification" Nar wrote in the caption of his post.
