Janine Gutierrez shares how she got her abs in 27 days
In her latest vlog post, Janine Gutierrez shared how she got her abs in just 27 days.
According to Janine, a magazine cover shoot where she wore a two-piece swimsuit, was what motivated her.
"When I ask what other videos you want to see, I get a lot of answers that say fitness video, workout video. So I took this chance to show you guys how I workout. How I really get ready to be fit or get ready for a shoot," Janine said in the video.
The "Dragon Lady" actor said the first thing she did was she set her goal, which was to get abs.
She said it helped having her fitness buddy Rayver Cruz with her during most of her workouts.
Aside from hitting the gym, she also did pilates. Janine also worked out even when she was out of town, doing her shows.
Janine said she was already hitting the gym once or twice every two weeks before she started the 27-day program. It helped her adjust to have fitness become a part of a lifestyle for a while.
