Here's what Heart Evangelista does to maintain her figure and body weight
For Heart Evangelista, calorie-counting works.
The Kapuso celebrity shared she follows a 1,200 calorie diet to maintain her figure and body weight.
"I have 1,200-calorie diet a day. I went to 800, but it was only for a few days. Calorie-counting [works for me]," she told curious Cosmo girls during her talk at the Cosmo Beauty Con 2019 when a fan asked how she keeps herself healthy.
The Kapuso Queen of Creative Collaborations said she used to run early in the morning and said vitamins, sleep and the quality of food are all essential parts of her well-being.
"I also run, I used to run at 4 a.m., but I really make sure I drink a lot of water and vitamins. Sleep is importante to me and what you eat," she said.
Heart said she does research on food that will work on her blood type.
"I really make sure I eat the right food. If you get someone to deliver it to you, why not? For me I like to research online what's healthy for me, what will work for me," she said. "You have to set a certain amount for your budget, maybe you can get a nice book and read about what's good for your blood type."
She said if someone doesn't have much time to workout she suggested "to remove some [food items] that will retain water you'll be surprised [such as] soy sauce ganyan, sodium, bagoong, you have to set them aside and have a healthier diet." — LA, GMA News
