Prince Harry, Ed Sheeran team up for World Mental Health Day video

Famous redheads Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex and singer Ed Sheeran worked together in a video to promote World Mental Health Day on Thursday.

On the Duke of Sussex' Instagram account, the two spoke about a dire issue that has been affecting millions of people around the world.

"This for me is a subject and conversation that's not talked about enough. I think people all over the world are really suffering," said Prince Harry.

Ed agreed and replied, "The jokes, the snide comments, it's time we stood up and said, 'We're not going to take this anymore.'"

Both Prince Harry and Ed Sheeran want to ensure that not just today but every day, you look after yourself, your friends and those around you. There’s no need to suffer in silence - share how you’re feeling, ask how someone is doing and listen for the answer. Be willing to ask for help when you need it and know that we are all in this together. #WMHD Check out the accounts below for more resources and support: @Heads_Together @Calmzone @MentalHealthFoundation @CharityNoPanic @SamaritansCharity @YoungMindsUK @GiveUsAShoutInsta @Childline_official @LetsTalkAboutMentalHealth @Jedfoundation @Pandas_UK @Charitysane @MindCharity @TimeToChangeCampaign @RethinkMentalIllness @MentalHealthMates @ActionHappiness @MHFAEngland @DitchTheLabel @TheBlurtFoundation

In a comedic turn, he added, "We are gingers and we're going to fight."

Confused, Prince Harry clarifies that the two were teaming up for the purpose of raising awareness for World Mental Health Day, nothing else.

Ed hastily agrees and tries to stealthily delete the words "Ginger Unite" on his laptop.

Jokes aside, the two finish the video with a serious message: Look out for one another and reach out to friends or even strangers who could be suffering with an illness.

In just over a day, the video has now reached more than 3 million views. —JST, GMA News
