Ways to attract good luck this 2020, Year of the White Metal Rat

It's a new year and a new decade and everybody wants to open them with good fortune.

In an episode of Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho, Feng Shui expert Johnson Chua said 2020, the Year of the White Metal Rat, looks good when it comes to love, career and business opportunities.

He also listed down some tips on how to attract good luck this 2020.

1. Display images of pechay and metal rat in your house

Pechay is considered a wood element, Chua said, while the metal rat symbolizes the golden rat. These practices, he continued, will create prosperity and money.

2. Wear power bracelets

Chua said power bracelets boost a person's personality, based on his or her animal sign. This practice makes good fortune for the person wearing the bracelet.

3. Fix your house

According to Chua, a neat and tidy house welcomes good fortune this 2020.

"Mainam na ayusin ang bahay. Kapag sa main door, 'di maganda ang positioning or maraming clutter, chances ay may mga swerteng 'di nakukuha," he said.

He also said the kitchen should be the cleanest part of the house since this is where the luck is being processed the most.

"Ang kitchen ang pinaka-digestive sa bahay, dito prinoproseso ang swerte."

Meanwhile, the expert added that when sleeping, the head should be against the wall because it represents mountains or "good backing."

"Kapag ang ulo nasa wall, ibig sabihin, protected," he said.

Aside from these tips, Chua also said being positive, aware and always taking action are some of the ways that will make the Year of the White Metal Rat prosperous.
