Four things self-confessed 'germophobe' Maine Mendoza can't go without

It's always a good idea to take extra precautions against germs, especially with the coronavirus (COVID-19) going around.

GMA News "Unang Balita" came to see actress Maine Mendoza on the set of "Daddy's Gurl" and asked her what she had in her bag. It turns out that Maine is a "obsessed" with keeping clean, and she's always prepared to fight dirt and bacteria even during long days of taping!

Here are just some of the things Phenomenal Star just can't go without:

1. Wipes

During the interview, Maine said she's "addicted to wipes" — and by that, she meant she had an entire bag filled with different kinds of wipes that each have a special purpose.

"Adik kasi ako sa wipes. Medyo germophobe ako," the actress confesses.

"Meron sa kamay, meron sa mukha, meron sa 'toot,' meron sa sapatos, lahat ng klaseng wipes!" she added.

2. Alcohol

This is Maine Mendoza telling you to never forget your alcohol.

"Alam niyo naman, uso ngayon ang sakit so kailangan lagi tayong mag-alcohol lalong lalo na kung anu-ano 'yung hinahawakan natin," she said.

3. Electric fan

Maine carries a portable electric fan to keep cool under all the hot lights on set.

Speaking of cool, doing this can keep you from getting all that yucky, smelly bacteria found in sweat.

4. Water bottle

As any medical expert would tell you, staying hydrated can boost your immune health.

Maine does this by bringing a really cute pink water bottle with her on set. "Kailangan hydrated tayo palagi."
