Ever-responsible, the Kapuso actress advised pregnant women to make sure they're cleared by their doctor before doing the workout —"especially if you haven’t done some of these moves before."

"Don’t push yourself if you feel dizzy or tired, take a break/do less sets, LISTEN TO YOUR BODY AND WHAT IT NEEDS," Max reminded.

She advised her fellow pregnant women to use lighter weights; Max used 2 kilograms and cooled down with Vinyasa.

Max and her husband Pancho Magno announced that were expecting their first child on Christmas Day last year.

The Kapuso couple got married in 2017.

Her efforts to keep healthy at home follows the implementation of enhanced community quarantine that President Rodrigo Duterte placed the Luzon under, since March 17 to contain the spread of COVID-19.

At present, there are 73 new cases of COVID-19 in the Philippines, bringing the total to 380. — Jannielyn Ann Bigtas/LA, GMA News
