Rhian Ramos shares morning skincare and wellness routine


Rhian Ramos looks great even without makeup, and that's partially due to her morning skincare and wellness routine.

In her latest vlog, the Kapuso actress and TV host revealed that she starts her day with a cup of coffee followed by a nutrient-dense blend filled with green superfoods like wheatgrass, chlorophyll, spirulina, spinach, broccoli and kale.

She sips on this drink while she does her morning stretches, yoga or exercise, before taking a shower.

Rhian is careful not to wash her face with any soap or cleanser during showers to preserve the skincare she did from the night before. She also only lets her face air-dry while picking out something to wear.

Every morning, Rhian uses Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Facial Toner to help balance the PH levels on her skin.

Next, she pats on a couple of drops of Dr. Barbara Sturm Glow Drops on her face, then rubs Dr. Barbara Sturm Anti-Aging Moisturizer on her neck and chest area.

Rhian then applies some Paula's Choice Niacinamide Booster to minimize her pores, before patting on some COSRX Hyaluronic Acid Hydra Power Essence.

Finally, Rhian revealed two products she uses to avoid sun damage: PURITO Centella Green Level Unscented Sun SPF50+ PA++++ for her face, and Belo SunExpert Transparent Mist SPF 50 for her neck, shoulders and arms.

Before getting started on her skincare, Rhian explained that she has "combination to dry" skin. 

She says her skin is also "on the sensitive side" due to a skin condition called rosacea, which causes a persistent redness, especially whenever she eats hot or spicy food or is exposed to high temperatures. — Margaret Claire Layug/LA, GMA News
