5 Pampainit items for all you lamigin people at home
Good news, team bahay: "Cuddle weather" is finally here!
Because cooler climate might also mean cold feet, cold hands, and colder bathwater, "Unang Hirit" invited an expert to talk about some "pampainit" items that "lamigin" people at home can use to keep themselves warm and comfy amid the pandemic.
1. Hand warmers
Having a hand warmer with you during a chilly movie night is not only comforting, it can also double as a throw pillow and give your kids something to play with!
There are adorable plushies you can find online that are designed to keep your hands warm.
2. Rechargeable hot compress
Skip the long, arduous and, at times, dangerous process of boiling water and pouring it into the tiny spout of a hot compress!
A rechargeable hot compress is just like a soft, water-filled pillow that you can use again and again for headaches, tummy aches and other pains you can think of.
3. Fluffy slippers
Since many of us have been staying home in light of the pandemic, why not level-up your house slippers?
Consider fluffy slippers as blankets for your feet. They also come in cute designs and make you feel like you're walking on clouds.
4. Super-heater
You no longer have to endure the chilly water when taking a bath early in the morning or late at night. Just plug a super-heater in and wait for 3-5 minutes for it to do its magic.
However, the public is reminded to be read instructions carefully and avoid handling the device with wet hands to avoid accidents.
5. Bonus: Blow dryer
Don't have any comforters at home? That's okay. You can actually use a blow dryer to heat your sheets and help you get a good night's sleep.
Be extra careful when handling blow dryers, though. The high heat can easily damage thin sheets.
