Heart Evangelista shows off flawless back in topless photo

Heart Evangelista has always had beautiful, healthy skin. She's never had a weight problem. Her nose is impeccable. It's so perfect in fact that a dermatologist once told GMA News Online that his patients and would-be patients often look to copy it. 

And on Instagram Wednesday, Heart showed yet another beautiful aspect of herself: She's also talikogenic, guys. Uh huh, her back is so, so flawless.

The Kapuso Queen of Creative Collaboration shared a photo of herself, wearing only a pair of jeans as her long black hair swayed to the side.

Thanking the organizations who helped her get back in shape, she wrote, "I am so so happy about how healthy and strong I feel with the programs I did with them."

Heart added, "Age won't stop me from being fit and healthy! So excited for what’s to come."
