Solenn Heussaff shares post-baby fitness journey in sexy before and after pics

Solenn Heussaff looks amazing as ever!

The 36-year-old TV host, artist and hands-on mommy just shared some before and after photos of her post-baby fitness transformation.

The more recent photo shows Solenn's tighter tummy, as well as arms and legs looked slimmer and more toned.

According to her fitness coach Iñigo Hizon who first posted the pics, Solenn did not have to cut any specific type of food out of her diet. She also kept her cardio "to a minimum."

Her workouts only included "a few dumbells, a mat, resistance bands and a box/bench."

Solenn Heussaff and her husband Nico Bolzico welcomed their first child, Thylane, on the first day of 2020.
