Chito Miranda and Neri Naig's 5-year old son Miggy received his first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine!

The Parokya Ni Edgar frontman shared the news in an Instagram post on Friday, sharing a photo of Miggy with a bandage on his arm after he was inoculated.

"Finally...bakunado na kami lahat," the rockstar wrote.

"2nd dose in 3 weeks," the singer added.

On Monday, the Philippines launched its pilot rollout of COVID-19 vaccination for five to 11 years old in the country in Metro Manila.

The national rollout will be on February 14, the National Vaccination Operations Center said Saturday.

Aside from Miggy, other celebrity children such as Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes' Zia, and Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo's kids, Luna and Lucho, also received their COVID-19 vaccine. — LA, GMA News
