Justin Bieber remains optimistic that he will overcome his facial paralysis
A few days after Justin Bieber revealed that he was suffering from Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, the Canadian pop singer gave an update on his health.
"Wanted to share a little bit of how I've been [feeling]," Bieber began on his written Instagram Story on Sunday, as reported by Billboard.
"Each day has gotten better and through all of the discomfort I have found comfort in the one who designed me and knows me," the 28-year-old "Peaches" hitmaker wrote.
According to Bieber, his current condition strengthened his spirituality during this challenging time in his life.
"I'm reminded he knows all of me. He [knows] the darkest parts of me that I want no one to know about and he constantly welcomes me into his loving arms," the singer added.
Even though his "Justice" world tour is currently on pause due to his condition, Bieber is comforted and optimistic that this challenge to his health will soon pass.
"This perspective has given me peace during this horrific storm that I'm facing. I know this storm will pass but in the meantime JESUS IS WITH ME," Bieber said.
Ramsay Hunt Syndrome is a rare virus complication that causes shingles and chickenpox.
