Danica Sotto, Marc Pingris’ daughter Caela recovers from dengue

Danica Sotto and Marc Pingris’ daughter Caela has recovered from her bout with dengue.

On social media, Marc shared the update with photos of their 10-year-old child at the hospital. Apart from Caela being wrapped in blankets, she was also seen on a wheelchair.

“God is good! Makakauwi na kami,” he wrote in the caption. "Salamat sa lahat ng mga nurse, doctor na tumingin kay Caela. Salamat po [nang] madami. Goodbye dengue! Ingat po tayo, mga kabsat.”

As of writing, Marc’s Facebook update has garnered over 57,000 reactions, 1,600 comments, and 513 comments from netizens who are happy to know that Caela is doing better.

On Instagram, his post had another 10K reactions, and more than 80 comments.

Caela’s recovery came just in time for her 11th birthday happening this month.

Danica and Marc tied the knot in March 2007. They also have a handsome son named Jean Michael and are expecting their third baby. — LA, GMA News
