The summer beauty game is strong, and these Filipino-owned brands certainly didn't just come to play but to slay!
We're finally in the acceptance stage of the summer heat staying here for a while longer, so instead of complaining about the hot weather, we've rounded up five product releases from local beauty brands that are summer-proof and beach-friendly.
1. Hello Glow SPF20 Lip Balm (P135)
We can't stress this enough: We need sun protection for the lips, too! For those who didn't know, the lips are part of our skin that needs proper care and protection from the sun.

Cult-favorite Filipino brand Issy & Co. just released its newest innovative products for all things brow. First on the list is a Brow Pencil Trio featuring a fine-tipped pencil and a triangular-tipped pencil for fuss-free outlining and spot-filling in your brow's sparse areas. It also comes with a built-in spoolie brush for blending and keeping brow hairs in place.
On the other hand, if you want a microbladed look on your brows, then you should opt for a Brow Detailing Pen. It has a micro-blush tip that fills in and defines brow hairs with natural-looking hair strokes.
