Couples workout, anyone? Camille Prats and VJ Yambao share their regimen

Looking for a couples workout? Camille Prats and her husband VJ Yambao have ideas for you.

On Instagram, VJ posted a video of their exercise regimen and wrote, "Camille and I enjoy doing things together and one of those is working out."

In the video, he said they liked to do "alternating DB hang clean and jerk" with one rep for each arm. He also indicated 45 pounds for men and 20 pounds for women.

Camille and VJ then proceeded to do burpee box jumps, before running 200 meters outside.

VJ wrote, "10-12-14-16-18-20 Reps," and "Goal is to finish under 30 minutes."

"Rest as needed," he added with a water emoji. Don't forget to hydrate!

He also said that they learned "the power of habits,” which really helped them to be consistent with what they do.

"To be honest, before, I never liked going to the gym[.] It was really a hassle and just a waste of time," he said.

However, he added that what helped them change was forming the habit of working out.

"I can guarantee you that If you manage to start a habit and keep sticking to it, there will be days when you feel like quitting. There will be days when you don’t feel like showing up. But, stepping up when It’s annoying, or painful or hassle to do so, that’s what makes it valuable and that’s all you need to become better every single day," he said.

Aside from working out, the couple also liked to go on date nights, like for a recent charity event for kids.

VJ and Camille have been married since 2017. They recently opened up about having a blended family.

VJ has a son named Ice from a previous relationship, while Camille was previously married to Anthony Linsangan, who passed away in 2011 due to nasopharyngeal carcinoma. They have a teenage son named Nathan. Camille and VJ have two kids together, Nala and Nolan.
