Pia Wurtzbach is selling her 'first solo home'

In case you're in the market for a condo, Pia Wurtzbach is selling her 145.88sqm condo unit.

On Instagram, the Miss Universe 2015 said it was her "very first solo home and it really meant a lot to me."

"But like all things in life, we grow, we transition, we seize the moment," she continued. 

The condo is a corner unit with a master bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet. According to Pia, it's a 2-bedroom deal with 2 toilet and bath/ powder room, a kitchen, areas for living and dining, plus a balcony and a parking slot.

"It’s also interior designed and fully furnished," Pia added.

"Whether you’re single or a small family serious about looking for a space and purchasing a condo, I invite you to swipe left and check this out," Pia said.

The celebrity didn't give a price. Instead, she's asking interested buyers to send their offers to piawcondo [at] gmail [dot] com. 

"For 3 years, it has given me a space to be myself, to express myself, to get to know myself better, to rest and destress. I could only wish I used the kitchen more to cook and have more loved ones over," Pia said.

"I hope this home becomes your brand new start. May it make you feel safe always and give you great memories like it did to me," she ended her note.
