Celeste Cortesi tells pageant fans to 'spread kindness' ahead of Miss Universe coronation
The Miss Universe fever is truly here, and Celeste Cortesi has a reminder for pageant fans.
The Miss Universe Philippines 2022 posted on X (formerly Twitter) that everyone should support the country’s bet Michelle Dee, as well as all of the candidates.
“Like what I said, Michelle is more than prepared and ready to make us all proud. At this point she’s really having fun,” Celeste said tagging the Kapuso beauty queen.
“Let’s continue to support not just Michelle, but all the candidates," Celeste continued adding an important remminder: “Yes, it’s a competition but let’s spread kindness.”
Michelle and Celeste both competed in Miss Universe Philippines 2022. Celeste won the main crown, with Michelle bagging the Miss Universe Philippines Tourism title.
When Celeste bowed out early from the global competition, Michelle told her, “Thank you for raising our flag.”
Now it's Michelle's turn to raise the FIlipinas flag, and she's doing it most wonderfully.
The Philippine bet has been participating in Miss Universe’s pre-coronation activities in El Salvador, where she has been serving head-turning looks one after another.
At the preliminaries, Michelle was elegant in an emerald green evening gown, and was sizzling hot in a red swimsuit.
She is vying for the Philippines’ fifth Miss Universe crown with an advocacy for autism awareness.
The Miss Universe coronation night is set for November 19 (Philippine time), where Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray will serve as a backstage correspondent.
Like what I said, @michellemdee is more than prepared and ready to make us all proud. At this point she’s really having fun. Let’s continue to support not just Michelle, but all the candidates. Yes, it’s a competition but let’s spread kindness. ????
