Kris Aquino to issue statement on her condition on 'Fast Talk With Boy Abunda'

Kris Aquino will share an update on the state of her health on "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda" on Wednesday.

According to the King of Talk, the Queen of All Media requested for him to read a "very important statement" on her condition.

Kris is currently in the United States seeking treatment for multiple autoimmune conditions, possibly including lupus.

"Sabi nga niya, 'Utang ko sa milyun-milyong tao na nagdarasal para sa akin.' At sabi niya, 'Boy, it has to be you. You have to read my statement para maunawaan ng tao,'" Tito Boy said.

"Kris is going through a very difficult time in her life. Sabi niya sa akin, 'Para mas maintindihang mabuti, promise me, Boy, you will not cry.' Sabi ko, 'Kris, hihintayin ko ang iyong statement and I will try not to cry,'" he added.

Last month, Kris said "it is getting more difficult to stay strong" and asked her late mom, former president Cory Aquino, for courage and ability to surrender to God's will.

She also said her son Bimby might come home to the Philippines to start working due to her rising medical bills.

Kris has been keeping the public updated on her health since she flew to the United States in 2022.

In October last year, she and Tito Boy reunited in California. Later on "Fast Talk," the TV host became emotional talking about their reunion.
