Kris Aquino gives new update following procedure delay: 'Going in'

Kris Aquino gave a new update as she prepared for her rescheduled medical procedure.

On Instagram, the Queen of all Media uploaded a photo of herself with her sons, Josh and Bimby, sitting together on a hospital bed, and said her surgery "was delayed from yesterday to very soon because my BP was sky high the whole of Sunday."

"The culprit, my migraine,” Kris added.

In her caption, she also took a moment to thank her pain management doctor, Henry Lu, and his team for helping manage her migraine and high blood pressure.

“Entering the pre-OP area. Kuya was shaking and automatically grabbed Bimb’s hand. I did something right in making sure Bimb grew up knowing he’ll be responsible for his kuya. And kuya feels secure with Bimb. Going in,” Kris said with the hashtag #family.

Kris’ medical procedure was originally scheduled on Monday but had to be moved because of high blood pressure.

As of April 2025, Kris was battling nine autoimmune diseases.
