Family-friendly live show at Resort's World Manila postpones Friday performance

Paw Patrol Live! Race to the Rescue, a live show based on the animated TV series on Nickelodeon, has canceled its Friday night performance following the shooting incident on Friday morning at the Resorts World Manila.

"We regret to inform that tonight's performance of Paw Patrol Live! Race to the Rescue has been canceled," it said on its Facebook page, adding that ticket holders for the Friday night show will be rescheduled. "Rest assured that the authorities are doing their best to ensure the venue is secured and safe for all of us."

It was set to go on stage this weekend with seven performances at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Resorts World Manila.

As of this writing, there is yet any update regarding the six remaining shows slated for Saturday and Sunday.

Paw Patrol Live! Race to the Rescue is presented by Life Like Touring, VStar Entertainment Group, and Nickelodeon. --LA, GMA News
