Here are three 'Reel Time' documentaries that's been bagging awards

Most of us are looking forward to a holiday break. While rest and relaxation are the first things anybody will do with that blessing of a time, a little edutainment won’t hurt anybody.

Enter Reel Time, another GMA documentary program. It's been on a winning streak lately with three documentaries bagging honors left and right.

Full episodes of those three have recently been made available online.  We gather them below for more convenience. We say, bookmark this page and watch them during the break — or while stuck in traffic.

‘Maling Akala’ (Costly War), 2nd Runner-up in the Lifelong Category for the Japan Prize 2017

There are seven million malnourished Filipinos at the moment — but what does 'malnourishment' really mean? Reel Time zeroed in on Roel, the youngest child of the Acunin family of Camarines Norte. He is two years old but he can't even crawl just yet.

‘Isinulat sa Tubig’, 2017 Sinebata Awards for Non-Fiction Professional Category, 13-17 years old; 1st Southeast Asia Prix Jeunesse Awardee, 2017 Southeast Asia Prix Jeunesse; Kids Jury Choice for Professional Category, Southeast Asia Prix Jeunesse 2017.
