Netflix releases '13 Reasons Why' 2nd season date announcement

The trailer of the second season of Netflix Original series "13 Reasons Why" has been released. Uh huh, there is a second season and it's set to premiere on Netflix on May 18.

"13 Reasons Why" Season 2 will take off from the aftermath of Hannah Baker's (Katherine Langford) death. It will show how the other characters begin their healing, with Liberty High and Hannah's parents preparing to go in trial.

While the first season focused on the 13 cassette tapes Hannah left to give out clues on why she chose death, the teaser trailer for the second season hints that the next clues will be found on polaroids.

At the end of the clip Clay Jensen picks up a polaroid photo of Hannah with a note written on the back: "The tapes were just the beginning."

The clip revealed the participation of stars including Alisha Boe as Jessica Davis, Justin Prentice as Bryce Walker, Anne Winters as Chloe, Kate Walsh as Olivia Baker and Dylan Minette as Clay Jensen.
