Heart Evangelista shares table-setting tips that make meals look fit for royalty

Heart Evangelista, on top of being a style icon, is apparently a table-setting genius as well.

In her latest vlog, Heart displayed her creativity when it comes to arranging her gorgeous (and expensive) plates and cutlery.

She also took her viewers for a tour inside her fabulous china room, and it was more fascinating than we thought — her vast collection includes Hermès placemats, L'Objet salt and pepper shakers and hand-painted cutlery from Europe.

But Heart, who loves to host dinner parties and make meals as pretty as her paintings, emphasized that you don't need expensive pieces to make a dining set work.

"It's all about presentation (and) looking beautiful," she said.

"I love mixing, just like with fashion, high-end and low-end. It's just how you put things together," she adds.

Heart also shared that her love for collecting and caring for fine things like tableware from her parents, and that they're wonderful to pass them on as heirlooms for children.

She also answered one of her followers' most-asked questions: "Do I break my teacups? The answer is: No, we don't. We're super careful."
