Aicelle and Mark's event stylist Dave Sandoval explains their sunflower-themed wedding

Aicelle Santos and Mark Zambrano's event stylist Dave Sandoval explained the meaning behind the sunflower theme for their wedding.

On Instagram, Dave said Aicelle wanted an "intimate and au natural wedding using her favorite flower."

"Simple and elegant, lush but not overpowering," Dave wrote on Instagram.

According to Dave, Aicelle chose sunflower "to reflect the radiance of the sun as a symbol of happiness, vibrancy and prosperity."

Dave said he prioritized the couple's personality in his styling.

Aicelle and Mark tied the knot in a garden wedding at El Jardin de Zaida in Batangas on Saturday.
