"In light of the recent coronavirus situation, we're so sad to announce that we're cancelling the 'To All The Boys: P.S I Still Love You' Philippines event. Your health, safety, and well-being will always be our priority," it said.
"We'd like to say a huge thank you for all the excitement you've shown towards Lana, Noah, and the film," it added.
The actors were set to visit the country and meet their fans on February 15 in Glorietta Activity Center, Makati, just a few days after the scheduled release of their upcoming film "To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You."
Netflix Philippines has yet to advise whether the event will simply moved to another date or will be totally cancelled.
The novel coronavirus has claimed nearly 500 lives, including one in the Philippines last weekend.
