The trailer of 'The King: Eternal Monarch' episode 3 has just been released

After last week's successful premiere of "The King: Eternal Monarch," Netflix drops the trailer for episode three and it looks like it's bound to get all of us killing.

The trailer teases viewers with Lee Gon (Lee Min Ho) and Jung Tae-eul (kim Go Eun) bickering as Lee Gon, in the present world of Jung Tae-eul, tries to explain the existence of parallel worlds.

Lee Gon thinks that 25 years ago, Jung Tae-eul was involved in saving his life and as such, he has been showing appreciation to the cute detective. But Jung Tae-eul thinks he's delusional.

The new K-drama series follows these star-crossed lovers from parallel universes: Emperor Lee Gon comes from a Korea that’s run as a constitutional monarchy while Jung Tae Eul (Kim Go Eun) is a detective who lives in the present world.

The trailer also shows a hallmark of a K-drama: such a beautiful scenery where Lee Gon and Jung Tae-eul were in the bamboo forest.
